Your Legal Obligations
The Industrial General Permit regulates industrial storm water discharges and authorized non-storm water discharges from industrial facilities in California. The State Water Resources Control Board and Regional Water Quality Control Boards enforce the Industrial General Permit.
How We Can Help
- Our Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioners (QISP) are ready to assist with all your Stormwater Compliance Needs.
- We will create a site specific Stomrwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for your site to establish compliance with The State Water Resources Control Board and Regional Water Quality Control Board.
- We will train you on how to implement your site specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, how to conduct sampling, and the recordkeeping requirements.
Level 1 or 2 ERA Reports
- Upon entering Level 1 or Level 2 status, industrial facilities are required to perform an Exceedance Response Action Report (ERA) and file with the state CA State Water Board via the Storm Water Multiple Application & Report Tracking System (SMARTS) database.
- ERA Level 1 and 2 Reports must be completed by a QISP.
- Our QISPs are ready to complete and file your ERA Reports.
